Cable Conveyor Case Study

In a large industrial plant cable laying project, keepapexpower cable conveyor was selected as a key piece of equipment for efficient operation.

During operation, the cable conveyor is smoothly driven by a hydraulic system. The orange cable reel rotates at a constant speed, releasing the cable. The guide device at the rear of the equipment precisely guides the cable along a preset path. During the process, the conveyor’s tension control module monitors the cable tension in real time to prevent damage due to excessive tension. The automatic reel winding and unwinding function also significantly reduces manual intervention, increasing efficiency by more than three times compared to traditional manual pulling methods. Furthermore, the cable laying quality is stable, with no twisting or tearing issues.

In this project, the cable conveyor’s automated and high-precision operation helped the project complete the cable laying task three days ahead of schedule, saving valuable time for subsequent equipment installation and fully validating its practicality and value in complex industrial scenarios.
