On August 12, 2025, according to information released by the State Intellectual Property Office, keepapexpower was granted a utility model patent for a “dual-screw conveyor,” with authorization announcement number CN223213524U and application date of August 2024.
The patent abstract states that this application discloses a dual-screw cable conveyor, primarily aimed at solving industry pain points commonly found in current cable conveying equipment, such as insufficient clamping force and poor transmission stability. The technical solution mainly includes a frame, a first side support plate and a second side support plate respectively located on both sides of the frame, a conveying assembly mounted on the frame and including a conveying component and a clamping component, and at least two lead screws rotatably disposed between the first and second side support plates. The conveying component and the clamping component are arranged opposite each other to clamp the cable to be conveyed. The clamping component is driven by the lead screws for corresponding movement along the direction of the lead screws. This application, by setting two linkage lead screws on the clamping component, can effectively improve the clamping force of the clamping component, thereby increasing the friction between the conveying assembly and the cable, enabling a small-sized conveyor to convey large cables.
