Product Overview
This equipment is specifically designed for laying marine cables, large power cables, and heavy-duty optical cables, possessing powerful traction capabilities and precise synchronous control performance. The entire machine adopts a modular design, integrating a dual-transmission mechanism, a high-strength base frame, and an intelligent hydraulic system to ensure stable and continuous cable transport under complex working conditions. The machine consists of two independent left and right transmission mechanisms, arranged symmetrically. The contact surfaces are made of specially designed wear-resistant rubber blocks, which have a high coefficient of friction and excellent wear resistance. The rubber block design not only protects the cable sheath from scratches but also provides sufficient friction in humid and oily environments. Internally, it uses high-strength sprockets and chain drives, which have high transmission efficiency, are easy to maintain, and can adapt to the needs of high-intensity continuous operation. The equipment is equipped with a high-performance variable frequency motor that supports stepless speed regulation. Operators can precisely control the output speed according to the actual laying speed requirements, ensuring smooth start-up and shutdown and preventing cable damage. A built-in braking system provides emergency braking protection to prevent runaway. The motor and transmission mechanism are connected by a high-torque reducer, converting the motor’s high-speed rotation into enormous output torque, providing a solid guarantee for meeting traction requirements. The equipment is equipped with a hydraulic clamping system arranged vertically and horizontally. The hydraulic system applies vertical pressure to the left and right conveying mechanisms. It adjusts and maintains a stable clamping force based on the cable diameter and required traction. This constant pressure ensures that the cable does not slip during high-speed transport and also prevents the cable from being flattened due to excessive pressure. The equipment has an integrated winch structure at the rear, which enables it to function as a winch and provide additional winding traction in long-distance traction or laying scenarios with large elevation differences.
